Also thanks for spreading the word on the monks coffee!!! I am so excited about it, and have been hoping to link to it over at Catholic Cuisine.  My brother-in-law spent some time there a couple years ago, but is now back at the FSSP where he will be ordained later this month!

I spent a couple of days at the Carmelite house in Dallas once and didn&#039;t see them; nor have I ever seen them at another Trappist monastery.
