His tie is too long.
Did he just say the NT brought no new revelation?

My favorite quote is “There are millions of people in the world who believe what I preach”. Take that line out of context and now you got yourself a preacher.
Preach it preacher, preach it!
We are all wicked as hell, we are all sinners before God.

Is this the same brainiac who gave us the memorable Youtube sermon about “He who pisseth against the wall”?

ASimpleSinner,
I think it is. I was about to ask that question. Same angle, same pulpit, same guy,,,?
You can be a Calvinist and believe the NT brought no new revelation, in broad terms of content — Calvinists see a lot of continuity between Old and New (whereas Lutherans, for instance, as well as Anabaptists of many stripes, emphasize discontinuities).

I wonder if he uses the KJV 1611 version. That was the Catholic Bible and the first King James.
July 2, 2008 at 10:36 pm |
So……the Bible began in the 1600’s….? Didn’t he say at the beginning that the KJV was the mainstream Bible, THAT GOD PRESERVED, and then later said that its not the KJV, its the mainstream Bible that is the pure word of God…..which was the only one around in the 1600’s? What about the Vulgate or the Dhouay-Rheims? Oh wait, those ones must not have counted because the Catholic Church is wicked as Hell…..But he agrees with the Catholic Church on the pro-life stuff.

The King James Version is from the Anglican Church which is hated by the Baptists.
So the Baptists should say a big thankyou to the Anglicans ! LOL.
By the way, the KJV is full of errors. I use only Catholic bibles as they are reliable.

Hmmm…looks like this preacher could even go to hell himself… Have ye not heard “Thou shalt not judge”?
When Christ was dying on the cross he gave the church to St Peter to do with it at his own will so he created the Catholic Church and sacraments where the bread and wine are changed spiritually into God’s body and blood as God so wished it.
The Protestant Church was created when old fat Henry VIII wanted a baby boy and his current wife had given him girls. He couldn’t divorce so he made his own laws and destroyed churches and their records to suit himself. He even destroyed all the icons representing the saints – men and women including Our Lady, including St Anne who was Mother Mary’s mother and thousands of others who died horrifically in their life and offered all up at the foot of the cross.
Don’t get me started on all the rest………..
However, I don’t judge people by their religion or beliefs – to each their own. Mother Mary says that other religions were created by the devil to take them away from Jesus and destroy his church and it has succeeded so far but will never win. We must allow others to believe in what they want to as long as we do NOT participate in their rituals.
I suggest the preacher do the same and stop degrading Catholics and look as HIS own faults and faults of his own belief system before he judges others.
Judge not lest ye be judged…….

I am a non-catholic teaching in a catholic school.
The catholic church is the biggest most corrupt pyramid scheme in the world.

It’s payday here in the little catholic school, but no paycheck. Good job of supporting your school there bishop man.
do you know the diocese of gallup does not contribute one cent toward operating their schools. So why are these fools calling them catholic schools?
November 14, 2008 at 1:50 pm |
I agree. they are lying, conniving people. they go in that chapel for mass and go right back out and screw each other’s wives and take advantage of people. Wonderful Chrisitians all.
Check out tha gallup bishop’s chancellor, that faggot Lujan. He got fired at the Escalante Powerplant and got hired by that old fool Pelotte. Now he’s a holy man, aalthough he’s still a butthead.

… Wicked? Who are the people trying to stop abortion? Ha, people that worship God and have the truth are wicked? The Catholic Church is the only true Church.

I know a Baptist preacher’s wife who is quite evil herself. I work with her and she backbites as much as the people in the so called “world.” Someone leaves the room, and she is busy talking to someone else about them ( recently confronted her about it, I believe that it helped one woman get railroaded out of the office). Not to mention gossiping about people in the town (you know, those people who thought they were talking to her in confidence). And you know, when the economy was really bad, she expected that people like her would be helped at first because her family was upper level in the local society. And then there are all those vacations her family takes while she cries they just don’t have money to pay those taxes. I wonder if they are feeding the hungry like the Catholic church does? I doubt it, since she took food from someone who used their food stamps to buy the elitist pastor & his wife goodies for them to be ever so comfortable on their umteenth trip for the year. And they eat out almost every day. I wouldn’t want to pay tithes in that church for them to live in the style of which they think everyone should agree that it be given them. These pastor & their wives really like to be exalted above the rest of the people you know. They think that they are royalty and that all the rules are different when it comes to them. And they think that I should respect what they say? I scoff!

Well as catholic I think people should spend more time to reflect and work to make the world a better for all God children , Catholic church , like any other big denomination has his own problem. Just like Christ has problem with his own people and he was betray by his own man. In my country Cameroon, some three years back the Baptist Church had a very serious problem, infighting for control , to an extern whereby a new appointed catholic bishop in that area of the north west province of Cameroon had to call for reconciliation among Baptist Christian with strong massage ( It is unreasonable that we as children of one God should be fighting among are self), I mean It is unreasonable that as children of one God we spend more time taking about the thinks that keep us apart. thanks be to GOD

Amazing…a Greek calling the Catholic Church the biggest pyramid scheme going. A little Orthodox anti-Catholicism going on there, phile mou? Or just hatred?
In my town it is ONLY the Catholic Churches that are feeding and clothing the desparately poor DAILY…what are you Orthodox and Prots doing? Not durn much. Jackasses all.

To: Nicene Hobbit.
This is such an ignorant and typical comment/response. People of all faiths and even those who are against religion are helping those who are in need daily. Learn to see beyond your Church. Clearly the Catholic Church does not have a monopoly on what is good, moral, and respectable behavior. Evident in your post….
