		<description>Excellent logical thoughts. One would think that the Anglican approach to changing their early beliefs on woman priests and bishops, homosexuality and same sex marriage and trying to substantiate their approach through scripture would have figured that Tradition does matter by now. Pray for them.</description>

		<description>Very good questions.  Part of what led me to Catholicism was two things you mentioned; 1) That the Church actually set the canon with it's tradition, and 2)  That people at that time couldn't read the written word, didn't have access to all of it (except the Old Testament), and thus had to rely on the Church for teaching and interpretation.  

Also the fact that the Sacred Scripture refers over and over to Sacred Tradition as being necessary should also be an indicator.</description>
