Cardinal Arinze on Liturgical Dance

Patrick Madrid highlights this video of the good Cardinal explaining why liturgical dance should be rejected:

Madrid also points out that Cardinal Arinze says that rock music is good for a picnic, but not Mass. I have to agree. I like rock music for the most part, although technically I think I am more into alternative country or alternative rock these days. Either way, just because I listen to something in my car doesn’t mean it belongs in Mass. There are a lot of things I do that aren’t bad that don’t belong in the Mass.

    Who knows? Maybe the Lord is “grooming” the good cardinal to become Pope some day. (But, of course, we love our present Holy Father!)
