I just received word that my first cousin and her family lost their home and all their material possessions last night in a house fire. I can’t even begin to imagine what they are going through right now. Praise God everyone is safe. Thank God for His promises of Divine Mercy.

God be praised that everyone is safe! Awful that a house was lost; I know it will be a hardship to re-house given this economy. I won’t use any trite encouragements about it being God’s will or how He will open a window because a door has been shut et al. I can say I will keep your family in prayer.
May God be glorified even in this and may this family have all its needs met through HIS bounty. Amen.
MY PRAYERS ARE WITH THIS FAMILY, MY FAMILY LOST TWO HOUSES TO FIRE OVER A PERIOD OF 30 YEARS. THE FIRST ONE WHEN I WAS IN HIGH SCHOOL, IT IS VERY HUMBLING AND I KNOW GOD WILL SUPPLY, BUT I REMEMBER CRYING MYSELF TO SLEEP FOR NIGHTS AFTERWARDS. BUT, AS IN THE CASE OF THIS FAMILY,NO ONE WAS BADLY INJURED. THE LAST FIRE WAS JUST MY PARENTS AND THEY GOT OUT SAFELY ALSO, GOD IS GOOD.
